The Tesla Model 3/Y Ring is made of zirconium oxide ceramic and can be used as a key for the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. The ring contains an original Key card chip from Tesla. The Smart Ring has a smooth surface and therefore leaves no scratches on the vehicle.

Material:

The Smart Ring consists, as already mentioned, of Zirconia ceramicsThis has a high toughness limit, high bending and wear resistance as well as excellent Thermal insulation properties. So you don't have to worry about the Smart Ring getting easily worn out or scratched. Furthermore, this material medically safe. It is non-toxic and contains no harmful chemicals to the human body.

Installation:

The establishment of the Model 3/Y Rings is done in the same way as Tesla's key cards. An RFID chip is a electronic circuit, which has only one goal: When it comes into contact with a specific magnetic field, it sends a specific fixed code. As with any purchasable key card from Tesla, this chip is programmed by “learning” this code.

This means:

• You place the Smart Ring on the Center console
• Select “Locks“ and tap “+” in the top right corner
• The Tesla Ring then appears at the end in the Key listing

After Furnishings You can open, lock, and start your Tesla with the Smart Ring. It's also compatible with the new models. Model S/X from 2021 (+Plaid)
