Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e-trends GmbH, Lerzenstrasse 10, 8953 Dietikon or info@e-car-shop.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).

Alternatively, return and cancellation requests can be submitted directly via the order view or your customer account. After submitting a request, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt.

4. Compliance with the deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you the purchase price paid for all returned products in their original condition in full within 14 days from the day on which the items have been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

6. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

7. Return of goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. Please use our returns form for this purpose:

For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein 

For customers from the European Union

The deadline is met if the goods arrive with us before the 14-day period has expired.

8. Return shipping costs

The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Compensation for loss of value in contracts for the supply of goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functioning.
