Right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation period 

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

3. Address 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e-trends GmbH, Lerzenstrasse 10, 8953 Dietikon or info@e-car-shop.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

4. Compliance with the deadline 

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

5. Consequences of revocation 

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the purchase price of all returned products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the items. If the items have not yet been dispatched, we will also refund the shipping costs. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. 

6. Right of retention 

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

7. Return of goods 

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. Please use our returns form:

For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein 

For customers from the European Union

The deadline is met if the goods arrive at our premises before the expiry of the 14-day period.

8. Return costs 

The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Compensation for value in contracts for the delivery of goods 

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
