Shipping from Germany warehouse

Germany (3-6 business days if "Germany warehouse" is available):
DHL small parcel: 3.90 EUR
DHL package: 5.90 EUR

Other EU countries (5-9 business days if "Germany warehouse" is available):
DHL letter shipment: 3.95 EUR
DHL shipment: 7.95 EUR

Switzerland, Liechtenstein (1-3 business days if "Switzerland warehouse" is available):

B-Post letter shipment: 1.90 CHF
Swiss PostPac: 4.90 CHF
Swiss PostPac bulky goods: 9.90 CHF

Next business day delivery under the following conditions:
(Only Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for next business day delivery, orders placed by 5:30 PM)

A-Post letter shipment: 3.90 CHF
Swiss PostPac Priority: 7.90 CHF
Swiss PostPac Priority bulky goods: 14.90 CHF

Saturday delivery on the next Saturday under the following conditions
(Order must be placed by Thursday 5:30 PM)

Delivery on Saturday only: 8.90 CHF
Saturday delivery, bulky goods: 15.90 CHF

Transfer orders warehouse CH DE Customer / DE CH Customer:

Transfer order: Warehouse CH → DE → DHL, duty-free with extended delivery time: 7.95 EUR

Transfer order: Warehouse DE → CH → Swiss Post, duty-free with extended delivery time: 6.90 CHF

**Delivery and liability for shipping**
As soon as a package is handed over to the shipping provider, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Delivery documented in the tracking system is considered proper delivery.

If you have not received a shipment despite delivery confirmation, please first check your front entrance, mailbox, drop-off location (e.g., milk box, garage, parcel box), and with neighbors or housemates to see if the package was left there. If the package cannot be found, we recommend contacting your local shipping provider office directly. If you wish, we are happy to assist you with an inquiry.
